I’m a registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience, mostly in high-pressure operating theatres, as well as international relief work. I’ve trained and led teams, navigated complex clinical situations, and developed a deep understanding of how people think and respond under pressure. My work is grounded in evidence, but always informed by real-world experience

I’m also a mother raising young children, including a special needs child with a rare genetic condition. Parenting has taught me resilience, patience, and managing complexity while keeping life moving. It’s given me insight into the lived reality of juggling it all while cooking dinner, and also I'm pretty sure that 3 boys equals 15 children, so there's that too.

I’ve always loved learning, questioning, and exploring how the brain works. With postgraduate study in mental health and neuroscience, a Master’s in Leadership and Management, and nearly 20 years of professional curiosity, I enjoy translating complex science into practical tools for everyday life. I share knowledge in a way that’s individualised, fun, and accessible.

Have a bloody beautiful day.
