Johanna is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Change Management from the University of Queensland and has undertaken further postgraduate study in mental health and neuroscience, with a particular interest in neuroplasticity.
Alongside her clinical background, Johanna has led at both business and industry levels, co-directing a national professional association, representing stakeholders at a government level, and building and scaling successful organisations.
She lives on acreage with her family, raising three young boys, including a neurodivergent child with complex needs. This lived experience sits alongside her professional work, shaping her understanding of behaviour, development, and what support looks like in real life for people who juggle it all.
