Neuromarketing Workshop
Year
2026
In May 2026, Johanna delivered a neuromarketing workshop at a conference for professional speakers across the wedding, funeral, and MC industries.

The session gave business owners and industry professionals a clearer understanding of why customers make decisions – often before they’re consciously aware they’ve made one. Drawing on current and emerging research from neuroscience and behavioural psychology, Johanna translated complex science into practical strategies across branding, marketing, and client experience.
This is the kind of session that changes how people see their own businesses. Attendees leave with a framework they can apply immediately, utilising science that makes the work they’re already doing land harder.

The focus is on how attention, memory, and emotion drive buying behaviour. She covers concepts like cognitive load, pattern recognition, and decision shortcuts, then shows how these play out in real-world touchpoints such as websites, messaging, pricing, and sales interactions. The aim is to move beyond “what looks good” into what actually works.

Attendees are introduced to practical tools drawn from neuromarketing research, including how to guide attention, reduce friction in decision-making, and create messaging that sticks. The session keeps things direct and usable. The outcome is a more informed approach to marketing, one that aligns with how people actually think and behave, and gives business owners a practical edge in how they communicate and sell.
If you’re planning an event for business owners, industry professionals, or anyone who works at the intersection of human behaviour and client experience, this workshop is available as a keynote or breakout session. Get in touch here.
